Description
Being a solvent-free manufacturer, we are able to coat on the following materials:
- paper tissue (white 14gsm & 21gsm, black 20gsm, blue 20gsm, yellow 20gsm)
- PET 12 micron thickness (transparent/clear, black, metallized silver)
- PP (transparent/clear of 20, 30 & 40 micron thickness, white of 30 & 40 micron thickness)
- PP woven white
- aluminium foil (1235 & 8011 grade 7, 9, 50 & 60 micron thickness)
- woven re-inforced aluminium foil, scrim & paper re-inforced aluminium foil
- soft PVC film (black and white @ 90 micron thickness)
- Greige fabric 100 mesh
Adhesives used include UV acrylic PSA and synthetic rubber PSA:
UV Acrylic PSA (Low VOC):
- SAFT @ 139°C High shear adhesive with good plasticizer resistance, excellent high tack, excellent adhesion on all high- and low-energy surfaces
Synthetic rubber PSA (hotmelt) with 2 grades available:
- Permanent adhesive with excellent balance adhesion and tack for foam, felt, paper splicing and lamination applications
- Removable adhesive with good balance adhesion and tack
Liners used include choices of:
- PET transparent/clear C1S silicone 50 micron thickness
- Anti-static PET transparent / clear C1S silicone 38 micron thickness
- PET transparent/clear C1S SI free release (silicone-free) 38 micron thickness
- Glassine white & honey brown C2S silicone 90gsm
- PE Kraft brown C1S silicone 70gsm
- PE Kraft yellow C1S silicone 90gsm
